DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN TBILISI
Arrive in the charming capital city of Georgia — Tbilisi. Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport meet our representative and transfer to the hotel. After check-in, the remainder of the day is at leisure to relax and acclimate to the city. Enjoy your first overnight in Tbilisi.
DAY 2: BODBE — SIGHNAGHI — KVARELI — TBILISI
After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a full-day tour to explore the beautiful eastern region of Georgia. Begin with a visit to the Bodbe Monastery of St. Nino, a serene nunnery built on the burial site of Saint Nino — The woman who brought Christianity to Georgia. Continue to a scenic viewpoint for a photo stop overlooking Sighnaghi, often called the "City of Love" known for its romantic charm and spectacular views. Wander through Sighnaghi’s cobblestone streets, lined with pastel-colored houses and wooden balconies, and admire the panoramic vistas from the Great Wall of Georgia. After lunch at a local restaurant, head to Kvareli Wine Tunnel for a delightful wine tasting experience in the heart of the Kakheti wine region. In the evening, return to Tbilisi for dinner and an overnight.
DAY 3: JVARI — ANANURI — KAZBEGI — GUDAURI
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out as you depart for the historical town of Mtskheta, the ancient capital of Iberia. Visit the Jvari Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site perched on a hilltop, offering breathtaking views of the Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers. Continue to the 17th-century Ananuri Fortress, beautifully situated above the shimmering Zhinvali Reservoir. After lunch at a local restaurant, make a brief stop at the Gudauri Panorama (Friendship Monument) for spectacular photo opportunities amid the Caucasus mountains. Arrive in Kazbegi (Stepantsminda) and switch to a 4x4 Jeep to ascend to the iconic Gergeti Trinity Church, perched dramatically at the foot of towering Mount Kazbek (5,047 meters). Afterward, transfer to the mountain resort of Gudauri for dinner and an overnight.
DAY 4: GUDAURI — BORJOMI — AKHALTSIKHE — BAKURIANI
After breakfast and check-out, head toward the lush spa town of Borjomi. Visit Borjomi Central Park, where you can stroll among nature and sample the famous Borjomi mineral water directly from its natural spring. For those interested, an optional cable car ride offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to the historic town of Akhaltsikhe to explore the remarkable Rabati Fortress — A multicultural complex with a mosque, castle towers, and a museum offering scenic town views. Conclude the day with a transfer to the mountain resort town of Bakuriani, where you’ll enjoy dinner and an overnight.
DAY 5: BAKURIANI — GORI — UPLISTSIKHE — MTSKHETA — TBILISI
Start your day with breakfast and check out from the hotel. Travel to Gori, the birthplace of Joseph Stalin, and visit the Stalin Museum, which includes his preserved childhood home and personal train carriage. Continue to Uplistsikhe Cave Town, one of Georgia’s oldest archaeological sites. Explore its fascinating rock-hewn dwellings, churches, tunnels, and ancient theatre carved into the cliffs. After lunch, proceed to Mtskheta, one of the most sacred and historic towns in Georgia. Visit the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and architectural masterpiece revered as the burial site of Christ’s robe. Return to Tbilisi in the evening for dinner at a local restaurant, followed by check-in and overnight.
DAY 6: TBILISI CITY TOUR — DEPARTURE
After breakfast and check-out, set off on a comprehensive city tour of Tbilisi with an English-speaking guide. Begin at the impressive Holy Trinity Cathedral (Sameba) — One of the largest Orthodox churches in the world. Cross the iconic Bridge of Peace, a modern glass-and-steel structure spanning the Kura River. Take a cable car ride to the Mother of Georgia (Kartlis Deda) statue and soak in panoramic views of the city skyline. Visit Abanotubani, the legendary district of natural sulfur baths and colorful bathhouses. Enjoy a walk along Shardeni Street, famous for its art galleries, lively cafes and boutiques. Conclude the tour with a visit to the whimsical Rezo Gabriadze Marionette Theater and the charming leaning Clock Tower, where an angel appears to ring a bell every hour. After a memorable farewell lunch and dinner at local restaurants, transfer to Tbilisi International Airport for your departure.
