DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN TBILISI
Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel. After checking in, the remainder of the day is at leisure to relax and settle in. Enjoy an overnight in the vibrant capital city of Georgia — Tbilisi.
DAY 2: JVARI — ANANURI — KAZBEGI — GUDAURI
After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Mtskheta, the ancient capital of Georgia. Visit the iconic Jvari Monastery — A UNESCO World Heritage Site offering sweeping views of the confluence of the Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers. Continue your journey to the stunning Ananuri Fortress, a 17th-century architectural gem overlooking the serene Zhinvali Reservoir. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before heading toward Gudauri, with a photo stop at the dramatic Friendship Monument (Gudauri Panorama). Proceed to Kazbegi (Stepantsminda) — Nestled among the towering Caucasus peaks and board a 4x4 vehicle to ascend to the hilltop Gergeti Trinity Church, offering awe-inspiring views of Mount Kazbek. Later, transfer to Gudauri for dinner and an overnight.
DAY 3: GUDAURI — AKHALTSIKHE — BAKURIANI
After breakfast, begin your journey to Akhaltsikhe. Explore the historic Rabati Fortress — A multicultural complex featuring castle towers, a mosque and a museum — All offering panoramic views of the surrounding town. Continue to the scenic mountain resort of Bakuriani, known for its peaceful alpine charm. Check in to the hotel, enjoy dinner and settle in for an overnight.
DAY 4: BAKURIANI — BORJOMI — BATUMI
Following breakfast, travel to the famous spa town of Borjomi. Stroll through Borjomi Central Park and taste the legendary Borjomi mineral water directly from the spring. For those interested, an optional cable car ride offers panoramic views of the lush, green landscape. After lunch at a local restaurant, drive toward the beautiful seaside city of Batumi. Along the way, stop for photos at the iconic Ali and Nino Moving Sculptures and the contemporary Alphabet Tower. Weather permitting, enjoy a scenic Black Sea cruise. End your day by exploring the charming Piazza Square, before checking in to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
DAY 5: BATUMI — PROMETHEUS CAVE — KUTAISI
Start your day with breakfast, then transfer to Tskaltubo to explore the breathtaking Prometheus Cave — A natural wonder with illuminated stalactites, stalagmites, and underground rivers. After lunch, continue to Kutaisi, one of Georgia’s most historic cities. Visit the eye-catching Colchis Fountain, cross the photogenic White Bridge and admire the Kutaisi Opera House. Later, explore the UNESCO-listed Bagrati Cathedral, which offers panoramic views over the city. Check in at your hotel for dinner and an overnight.
DAY 6: KUTAISI — GORI — UPLISTSIKHE — MTSKHETA — TBILISI
After breakfast, head to Gori, the birthplace of Joseph Stalin. Explore the Stalin Museum, which includes his preserved birthplace and his personal railway carriage. Continue to Uplistsikhe — An ancient rock-hewn town dating back to the early Iron Age — And walk through its cave halls, ancient churches, and open-air amphitheaters carved into the cliffs. After lunch, visit Mtskheta, Georgia’s spiritual heart, and explore the majestic Svetitskhoveli Cathedral — A UNESCO World Heritage Site known as one of the holiest places in Georgia. Conclude the day with a transfer back to Tbilisi for dinner, hotel check-in, and overnight.
DAY 7: TBILISI CITY TOUR — DEPARTURE
After breakfast and check-out, embark on a full-day city tour of Tbilisi with an English-speaking guide. Begin at the monumental Holy Trinity Cathedral (Sameba) — One of the largest Orthodox churches in the world. Walk across the futuristic Bridge of Peace, spanning the Mtkvari River and take the Tbilisi Cable Car to the Mother of Georgia statue for spectacular panoramic views. Explore the atmospheric Abanotubani district, famous for its historic sulfur baths, and stroll along the lively Shardeni Street, known for its art galleries, cafes, and vibrant character. End your tour at the whimsical Rezo Gabriadze Marionette Theater and its charming leaning Clock Tower, where an angel rings the bell every hour. Enjoy your final lunch and farewell dinner at local restaurants before transferring to Tbilisi International Airport for your departure.
